The Mayor, the City Manager and the General Manager of Austin Energy have asked all of Austin Energy’s customers to participate in an extensive dialogue over the next eight months.
Town Hall Meetings
The initial five community meetings have been set. AE will present the draft plan and the reasoning behind it. Meeting participants will be invited to provide their comments and alternate plans.
Survey
Throughout the public participation process, citizens will also be invited to take a short survey designed to gauge general reaction.
Stakeholder Process
Austin’s diverse community stakeholder groups and leaders are passionate about various issues of concern.

Sign up and participate in the blog that provides for users to leave comments or questions, request information and interact with others.
